Yeah that will be great but judging by how well MM does this year, that is a pretty tall order. Honestly if the 2 bikes are about even like now, I think MM will win again. VR needs to have the Yamaha slightly faster than the Honda and makes less mistakes, otherwise it will be MM's title.
*
rider's mistake took more pivotal role imo. sometimes the bike already at their utmost limit.

like recently in sepang, rossi was ahead for most of the time but he overshoot the corner and let dovizioso passed him.

Mark Vinales proved that he can challenge for podium spot if he pushed his effort. A champion material. Let see nxt season when Yamaha provides him better performance, if not the same bike from suzuki. just need a little consistency from this guy. smile.gif

A lot of moto3 riders graduating to moto2 next year. Kinda surprised KIP moving up so soon.

good thing. more reason to cheer for fellow malaysians. rclxm9.gif

i'm interested to see newcomers ktm in premeir class though. they hv been dominating in moto3.

battle between VR46 and AI29 was intense.

dun know what problem VR has, but that Ducati was fast! can feel the acceleration after each corners.

If JL can adapt to it then they can be competitive, stealing more wins next year coz like it or not JL is surely much better rider than AI & AD. The thing is for JL, all his MotoGP career has been spent on the M1 which is always well known to be well balanced bike which is very good at cornering with their edge grip matching JL's riding style with smooth but fast cornering speed, while the Duc is probably the opposite of that and relies more on their power and acceleration. Anyway we'll just have to wait and see.
*
it's either the rider suit the bike or the bike suit the rider. both factors have to be tolerated. i dun see Ducati gonna do big changes to the panigalle, so JL somehow need to compensate. hmm.gif

btw, speaking of Ducati, imo they has let go the wrong Andrea. biggrin.gif

AI seems so much comfortable with his bike.

Why not? Isn't last year before Malaysia race he tried to apply on MM? Saying MM having conspiracy with JL championship... After his word then series of drama surfacing, haha. cool2.gif

so Rossi can do psychological war off-race or during race.
*
better to do ur war on the track. lets the performance & results speak. biggrin.gif

MotoGP

Seems like wing ban is a headache for most teams, especially Ducati. they rely on it the most. smile.gif

MotoGP is definitely to stay at SIC but F1 is surely gone already beyond 2018. But later when VR retires, we'll see how many still want to come watch at SIC. I think there can be a big drop in attendance around the world and not just SIC. I presume MM and maybe MV (if he's competitive enough) shall take the mantle afterwards. You can already see fans of MM now starting to grow larger.
*
MotoGP will always have strong fanbase anywhere, because fans can associate themselves with it. Motorcycles are accessible in the market, so the feeling of attachment is there.

In case of F1, who goes driving an F1 car everyday? biggrin.gif

so it means satelite bike harder 2 ride than the road bike laugh.gif hmm.gif icon_idea.gif

i still think COLIN EDWARDS is the best WSBK 2 MOTOGP rider ever and the longest riding member in MOTOGP

you dont see other SBK champ ride in motogp 4 more than 10 years surely doh.gif
*
i dun know how hard it is compared to road bike, coz only lucky selected few got the chance to ride it. biggrin.gif

but they seems interchangeable. smile.gif
