guys, i suppose the hiss-gate only effect some ip7 and ip7+..
I just met my cousin. he bought his ip7 from sg but it doesnt seems like it had any hiss-gate issue..

1. If we were to receive ip7/+ with this problem in MY set, will apple (MY) replace with a new one?
2. Any way/ trick to avoid from getting a phone with this issue?
3. Is it possible to ask for direct replacement while we are still at their shop after payment has been made? bcuz from my experience, i don't think that they will allow us to make any inspection or open up the box before payment is made.

Payment must be made before they unbox it. But on spot if got problem you have the right to reject it for another new set (some offer maximum unbox 2 times see your negotiation skill and background), of course no refund. But if you walk out the shop even 0.00001 seconds you turn back, anything happen will proceed to warranty claim for refurbish unit.

If you want to claim a fully new set, get from Apple Store Online, you can do it within 14 days if anything happens (but the shipping process take times). After 14 days then will proceed warranty claim (refurbish unit)
