Is it better to get "s" version or just 7 is a safe bet?
Like 6 got issue, 6s fixed those issue....

For this time I don't think Malaysia will sell fast as the jet black so hot, sure they have to fulfill first wave country order first

I have a 6s+. Have to admit, I'm kinda skeptical a bit on whether to upgrade to 7+. If not for two features.

The major and first reason is the performance. A10 Fusion (+3GB RAM) brings with it:
- 40% faster CPU + 50% faster GPU (thanks to high-power core),
- 1 hour longer battery (thanks to low-power core)

Second is the cameras. Apple is first to use telephoto+wide angle lens combination which allows:
- Low light to be so much better.
- Depth of field which is very nice.
- Face and body detection.
- Much better live photos
(Not to mention now front camera is 7mp + records in 1080p)

If I do get one, it'll be in Jet Black. Yes, I know it's easier to scratch, but it looks damn beautiful and I quite like the "worn" look (minor scratches only, doesnt count dents or dings lol). I'll probably slap a clear film over it though. Plus I usually send in the device to Apple just before warranty is up anyways (for battery replacement), so resale value is unaffected.

My only dilemma would be choosing 128 GB or 256 GB. As it is on my 6s+, I'm already using ~106 out of the available 126 GB. I might be able to wing it with just 128 GB but the photos taken with the 7 would be bigger so 256 GB might just be required. 

Malaysia will pre order on end of sep ,and can get the phone on mid oct.

Patience guy, will be launched at 1st November. Based on past record since iPhone 5, 5s, 6/6P and 6s/6sP.
iPhone 7/7P will launch earlier than Final Fantasy XV for sure, no need to worry.
No need to wait since we already know the answer, 1st November every year. So take note from 25 to 31 October probably all the telco may start offers online pre-order and you will receive your phone at next working day after iPhone was launched at 1st Nov.

Why not both? The red colour is sexy.

Actually the gold and pink rose is nice color but Apple didn't make the white bar same color which make the bar for signal still very obvious like last year.

This year is Jet Black as it is main target color use for advertising, like last year is pink rose, last last year is gold.

Too bad the rumors blue is not inside, that color is freaky awesome also.

If don't like that color but get because follow is the most dumb action, later possible will regret. Haha!

Like one of my friend last year get the pink rose but he too scared to show out, always fully hide inside the case as scared to let people know he is using pink color phone. lol

If may i ask, which is faster to charge your iPhone with, an 5W power adapter (comes with the iPhone itself) or the 12W adapter for iPad?

ya, since the material using on iPhone 7 / 7 Plus Jet Black something like plastic (like iPhone 5C) as reported by forumer over here
so is not surprise it is so fragile and easy to get scratch
and I guess those demo in those Apple Reseller sure put less demo for the Jet Black colour, as if got too many scratches Apple Malaysia may come and sue them put so ugly phone in demo to show to customer

guys, i suppose the hiss-gate only effect some ip7 and ip7+..
I just met my cousin. he bought his ip7 from sg but it doesnt seems like it had any hiss-gate issue..

1. If we were to receive ip7/+ with this problem in MY set, will apple (MY) replace with a new one?
2. Any way/ trick to avoid from getting a phone with this issue?
3. Is it possible to ask for direct replacement while we are still at their shop after payment has been made? bcuz from my experience, i don't think that they will allow us to make any inspection or open up the box before payment is made.
