Everything also possible, you see Note7 which can be said identical to S7 Edge except extra S Pen also can facing explosion issue. Nothing is impossible...

Its only because of the battery which has nothing to do with the characteristics of the phone.

Who knows unfortunate iPhone 7 / 7 Plus also got battery issue, see one of the Singapore owner already is victim of it where the battery bloated up.

Some results better on some phones, but the Color reproduction is very different. Like I mentioned, boils down to personal preference.

I like the day light color output from iPhone 7, I like the no over sharpening issue on iPhone 7.

But I like the night shoot from S7 or Note7. Haha!

Regarding the camera comparison, I love Apple's pics more.

It's because the iPhone 7 shoots photos and videos in cinema-standard P3 colour, not sRGB. That's why the colours look nicer + higher-dynamic than on Galaxy S7.

It's a bit tough to appreciate though, because the photos will only look their best on P3 displays like professional monitors or the iMac 5K display.

Standard sRGB displays cant accurately reproduce the range of colours in pics shot with the iPhone 7. :/

Wonder why no one produce Adobe RGB display. P3 is the most closer to Adobe RGB but still not. After your this sentence I just go search, never though sRGB is still so far from Adobe RGB.
