Tyrabank just for gym seater only. My attacking squad consists of D9, Jolteon, eggies, and Machamp then ryhorn.

Bro, got 3 elements... first you need to spend time to level up - level 33 is when you get to see reasonably high cp mons, level 35 is when blissey can hit 3k, 36 is when T9 hits 3.5k. Secondly, need luck to get those high iv + high level mons to evolve / catch wild. Finally, need to spend loads of dust and candies.... LOL

It was a larvitar caught back in my hometown... 7xx cp. Post evolution ald 3,1xx. So i just pump bit by bit just to get higher gym placement. Now most likely going to stop. It can still sit in at 7-8th position in a lower tiered gym.

TBH, not really worth to pump up... as an attacker, IT is ok ok. Similarly sluggish like DT. FB on T9 just meh. Defender (although crap), still prefer IT / Cr or Bi / Cr.

After level 30, Niantic troll kao me. Either good CP bad IV, or bad IV good CP.

Kena trolled by RNG memang is a fact of life in the game

So many times kena di... catch high CP high IV ... click evolve... come out rubbish moveset

Anyway... don't have to rush with it.

Low IV high CP is still useful if it's got good moveset but don't spend stardust powering it up.

Wait till a good combo to come along then only spend stardust (which becomes more and more valuable as you level up)

Bro, the advise i can give you is to use tracker. You can see cp and iv (for now) for TL 30 and above.
If candies are hard to come by, then wait till you get a good one to evolve.
When i hit level 30, i think highest was gary and egg (2.5k-2.7k) .... before i evolved D9 and pumped up snorlax.

If it makes you feel better, I am @ Lvl 34 now yet my highest CP is only D9 CP2786 (note: its 1 of the 3 D9 I have, other 2 is 2716 and 1471)

Oh yes I felt alot better now But did you pump your mons? Cause I fully pump and only 2.8k

Eh, only once back in Nov16 on my 97% Charizard....from CP 1998 to 2239 (current Lvl 30.5 only, didnt pump since then)
