Unfortunately you can't as the bank account name has to be the exact same as your name registered in Paypal so does for credit card/debit card.
As for the exchange rate from Paypal, it will always be lower than the local bank rate / market rate as Paypal set their own exchange rate.
So there is no other method on regards of this matter. Aside on this the Paypal exchange rate varies from day to day so there might be at a certain
day the rate are still alright but it will still always be lower.

I don't have a paypal account, I paid the item using my Visa Debit Card option instead of from existing account. I can't quite understand the statement(the process that involve) on my account for the purchase. I need someone to analyze this transaction for me please.

Why people buy paypal(money?) from another person? I know maybe somehow theres process fee involve thru currency exchange from our bank/cash to paypal, (withdrawing is another case) or something but I just can't really figure out the whole case.

Thanks for the info.. The limit i can set rite.. What i buy online will deducted straight from my saving balance rite? If my saving 500 max i can use online is 500 and cant over it like 600will fail rite?

Withdraw to debit card is better because of the exchange rate.

Debit Card

Xchange rate = Interbank rate - USD5 per withdrawal so 1% charge for USD500 withdrawal

Bank Account

Xchange rate = Interbank rate - 2.5%

So debit card is better.

Did you get to verify your debit card even when both the name doesnt match?
I think its better if you could change your name in your paypal account. Contact paypal and send them a copy of your ID will do

damn..i tried to sign up for a paypal account,and it still needs a credit card number just to register..

oops wait...can still register...but now need the credit card link...
