Yeah nearly 3 yrs of waiting soon will be getting the keys sure excited loh. Talking about the unit location... the lake facing units were not opened initially though thought of buying it... not long after launch opened with just about RM25k premium... WTF!

any reason lake facing unit is more expensive? If public people jog or cycle or walk or play. not noisy ah? Wanna know some of you guys opinion.

The jogging path seems narrow. Was envisioning it to be as wide as those in DPC.

I think the narrowness of jogging path issue EW unable to do anything, as if I am not wrong, the lake part is responsible by Tropicana......maybe can ask TA buyer escalate to them on this concern, but I dont think they will do anything on this......

So just bear with it........

Ya should be TA control although ES may share some portion of cost. I think jog no issue, cycling+jog will be an issue. Summore TA theme is cycling 🤔

i am looking to buy a landed semi-D (eco-world project) for own stay after VP.
currently i am interested on Eco-Sanctuary semi-D and Eco-Ardence semi-D,

so my question is, how about future value of both area? maybe after 5 years? 10 years then ?

freehold is better in the long run ?
hows the current pricing comparison between both ?
you prefer setia alam or kota kemuning ? (have a drive and spend time there)

For own stay especially mid to long term, the FEEL of the place and the location is paramount. You have to like it, the fact that this place will appreciate 10% more then the other place shouldnt be the first concern....

For me, since we cannot really predict 10/15 yrs into the future, check the place out, u like it u buy otherwise look elsewhere.

As for lease vs freehold, some people are very concern about it, for me... well.. Msia is 60 yrs old... in 99 yrs even my kids also 100+ yrs old liao...

Oh and Msia has the lovely Land Acquisition Act... doesnt matter what hold your land is not protected...
