Eco stuff are high class premium.... easily can mark up 200~300k for each similar size unit and still sell like hotcakes compared to TA/BR

Haha thats one way to look at it... cause the buyers came in at near the peak of the market (and these are PREMIUM branding)... so once VP.. there will be some flippers who get caught...

Also if u are hunting for deals... wait for any potential 2018/2019 market crash... 10 yr cycle... market is overbought every where... some say its a bubble waiting to burst..

I would advice you to follow some ID/home reno sites.

You need to identify which ID's style suits your taste... cause every ID have their own style/signature which might or might not fit your preference.

Good marketing ploy by EWorld.

These vouchers essentially commission for the receiver to act as their sales men looking for potential buyers. 0.5% for a 1M buck house..

Abit of Googling foudn me this...

GamudaWalk comprises three-storeys of net lettable space of 93,000 sq ft (doesnt include the offices upstairs)

Sanctuary Mall The 3-storey mall will have a net lettable area (NLA) of close to 100,000 sq ft.

More or less same size.

Not bad. Decent enough for a neighbourhood mall.
