I wonder where the lift lobby would be located?
And will 3rd floor residents be able to exit at 2nd floor?

I did.

every 2 years you need to refill filler so that rain water wont sip through their ceiling.

every 3 years you need to repaint or touch up exterior paint work bcos there are water stains all over the edges.

You need better workmanship.

When we were doing project for petronas, almost all the buildings have a concrete roof and pretty sure we didnt have crap quality like those.

Correct. Concrete flat roof is a nightmare to take care if workmanship is not done correctly in the first place. Even repairs and resealing it is very costly

Resealing it is fairly easy.

Try something like Sika-1, or if u want to do it one shot use la some Sika Grout for the entire roof.

Dont go with those contractors using the traditional cement/sand.

More importantly you need to live in one to experience the workmanship by developer.

If build own bungalow lain cerita. You can get your trusted contractor to seal kau kau but from developer, forget about it

If it hasnt leaked the 1st 2 years, rest assure it will leak on 3rd year. Beside leakages, there is always water marks and because of cubical designed, also need to take care of window sealing bcos there wont be any lever or window shades.. once those once in 10yrs rain hit, you will see water sipping thru windows and fixed glass panels also.
