7 facades to choose from (you can choose your façade out of 7 and they will build it for you, if you bought the bungalows during the initial launch time). we have 7 different designs on my opposite view, I liked it very much.


but setia on bitten twice shy. they learnt the mistake of non-uniformed facades hence after phase 5, they stopped doing so. Even EW also stopped such offering.

only 32 units in phase 5.

one guy bought 4 units, never lived there.....left to collect dust. think he very rapat with tan sri. his son once moved in but his grandson kena kidnapped....then his son also left.

few units owners never stayed there, only for rent. most bungalows required constant maintainence. cheap paint setia used, so need to repaint exterior every 3 to 5 yrs.

but after phase 5, setia dun allow owners to select n pick their facade on the plot of land. so the designer street not as FREE as phase 5.

beside your choosen façade, they also provided 4 optional interior alterations. all added up.

after 2 years, underground pipe bocor.....cost me some money to re route water source also, beside ceiling leakage. i agree with hisham that flat roof, really need to design and built properly otherwise endless nightmare.

that's why apa setia brand, ew brand, dapat rumah, stay for 2 yrs at least before judge.

Gamuda landed...ok leh…..at least they gave branded sanitary wares.

since this is a proper GnG, local council only approved it IF approval is obtained from management body.

unlike fnG, if management body don't approve it, easy, just pay money to local council to approve and reno it. at best, management body will forfeit yr fee.
