Wow, staircase or handrail.

Handrail. SA say they are doing this because most customer complained that previous launching punya railing too tradition looking (I'm being one of them). Wonder how much would it cost to change from the transition handrail to glass type like the Pavillion unit. Any Sifu can advice?

the staircase panels lah.....handrail can be in steal or aluminium or wood.....

I dun think its expensive....one of the new link houses in cyber also providing handrail with glass panels....its very common lioa....

Yes, likely the side panels glass... rarely seen handrail itself being made of glass.. probably somthing like this... its not expensive, can just do it yourself.



Unless you are saying its totally made of glass.. then it might be interesting, not sure how practical though..

Yup u guys are right. Hand rail will be in wood n the side panel will be in glass just like the unit with pavilion.

Grandezza only reserved for the few niche rich ones.....

Not so bad la, starts at 1.8m ma... u pay that small sum u can get an intermediate unit... and when u go soak in the pool time u can rub shoulder with tan sris paying 6m...

How much is Terraza Belleza Villa now?

Brought my parents to 6c6c today. The crowd is good prob due to Grandezza recent launch. Even Parque cafe consider packed.

Yup no event. They should remove the 2 canopy that was setup during appreciation dinner. Kinda eye sore coz it looks dirty after sometime.

Not sure... Should be slow I suppose. I was there during the launching to see Lenglui play the transparent piano 😂 crowd was good too during the launching a lot continental car parked at the car park 😎 (Atas!) I'm sure those crowd who came to look see will compare TA Cheria vs EA Grandezza (1.3m vs 1.8m).
