Boss actually not a big issue in A2 toilet la. U can actually hack and make a window behind the toilet bowl ge. Noone ll really bother wan gua. But in tis case I'm toking bout the A2-a ya.

Alternatively u can try explore B1-h or C1-h. Equally nice units with at least 60 degree of park view fr adjusted angle. Not bad. Tis 2 unit ll nvr hav evening heat as well.

Lastly for own stay some might wan a bugger unit where u can try D1-h which is considered the best unit in brooks with full dpc view, lively morning sun and breeze. At level 8 and above for tis unit oledi gd enuf to beat the park view fr ocp. And u might b paying 30% less than ocp. 🙊🙊🙊

So dun worry too much bout A2 toilet la. As usual I tok kok nia. Dun take it seriously.

Boss for Tower 1 to me the types stated below r smallish liao lo. 230 of small units is half the total units in tower 1 I guess fair gua. Too small ll become pigeon hole le 😅😅😅

B1 1093sf 2r2b - 80 units

Not sure bout dpc condo la. But u ll b surprise to know many hav done some funny alteration which affect a lil of facade and still get away with it.
