Further to tat condo for own stay is gd but for investment has the limitation. Hope my explanation to u clear ur doubt on my whereabouts.

On side note many if not all hav missed the important fact tat in the event surau is built the distance to the most expensive ocp is nearer vs the distance to brooks which is so much cheaper than ocp.

Tis point was debated in Ws2 and ws3 tered. πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ

Just sharing a fact.

Actually no need to buy. Just pay the UT in penalty form to scrap the small part in plan.

In actual malai ppa1m can be avoided in a similar way but they didn't push tat hard. Political issue. U scratch my back I scratch urs. Ini maciam lo.

It's has nvr been the case ppa1m being planned next to church wo. It is located at the pcs of 4 acre land next to the spk slip road.

And spk road is not intended to open up since day one. Maybe til one day dbkl takes over the entire common access in dpc. Yet tat ll oso need approval from spk RA. Spk ll then be the biggest loser and harmoni price ll start shooting. Harmoni price is stagnant for a reason thou.

IMHO ocp is the biggest loser. In a few ways zenia is stil beating even casaman in rental market. Yup can't compare zenia with ocp but regardless of landed or condo ocp is the worst affected.

Btw the small surau in menjalara has been there b4 dpc launched in 2002 and the speakers has been entertaining safa amelia since day 1. And tat should include villa manja and menjalara 18 together with dua menjalara which are closer. Oh of cos those r not within dpc if need to be specific. Just in case argument comes into pic.

B4 6am during the quiet dawn noone in dpc is spared with tat. But tat ll b the case if the windows r left opened la. And I'm quite immune to tat during my jog all tis yrs. Yes b4 6am.

Just for sharing thou.

Lower maintenance fee psf as well
