Been reading about DPC abit since I last visited them many many moons ago.

On density:

WS 1 - 338units on 4.23acres
WS 2 - 338units on 4.27acres
WS 3 - 469units on 4.27acres
OCP - 359units on 4.1acres
Nadia Condo - 246units on ?? don't have info.

Total units currently is 1,750 units.
Based on masterplan, there is likely another 5 more condo projects to be launch in the future.
This will likely bring in another 2000 units (plus/minus)
Total units, including SB will be likely to be around 5,000 units in DPC.
So far SB has the highest density at 131 units per acre.

Looks like the practice is 4 acres per tower.
South Brooks on 7 acres they put 2 towers.
Consistent with current practice.
Hope that the build quality and facilities is SB are consistent with their other condos.

Total about 413 units.
Add this to the 1,750 units we have 2,163 units currently.
Give and take 5% error.

my earlier knowledge is that Dpc will have either 17 condo projects or 17 blocks of condo....but this info was some times back.......they probably wont be relevant now.

After the 5 future condo projects and future commercial center in ParkCity Towncenter, there will be no more land in DPC for development.
Do you know the estimated time frame for all this?

DPC which started in 2002 is now already 15 years.
Don't think there will be many more launches to come which mean the density is unlikely to increase significantly from my earlier estimates.

As expected, density for landed is very very low.

I know but landed I cannot afford.... 
I come from a poor family 

Just did a count, landed units are about 1564 units.
If add the current condo units of 2,164, DPC has only about 3,728 units currently, either completed or under construction.
Overall density in DPC is still low compare to other township.

I've excluded the PPA1M and commercial in my calculations.

Any Sum Sui landed house under $2.5m?
