Even if u set the Preferred Network Type to 3G (default is 4G @ LTE), the battery still drains? I left my phone idle from midnight to morning during sleep, only 1-2% drained.. my simcard is 4G, network type 4G.

yup.. but the thing is we need to activate the data on the YES 4G simcard in order to get the call/sms from the YES 4G

obviously means i cant use the data from the other smicard that i have

I'm a bit troubled by the battery performance. Not to the point of unusable, but could have perform better.

Need t upgrade my telco plan, hence will ask for change of SIM. Hope will improve

guys, can you guys try streaming site 8drama.com/

using maxis 4g or webe 4g, the page can load but cannot stream video. the loading circle just circling and circling.

if i hotspot out to another phone, that phone can stream and view the video.

if i connect to wifi, can stream and view also.


i thought webe network issue, but maxis 4g sim also same thing.

Hi there, I still not able to Update to 8.1.2.0, try OTA many time but still show update failed and ask to download full rom, I also download the full rom from miui forum then update using updater still same problem occur. Can someone tell me how to solve the problem? My phone now is 8.0.4, thanks in advance

tried dolphin, miui browser, and chrome.


can load the page. but once trying to stream video, just keep circling laugh.gif

This for Redmi 4 not Redmi Note 4X coz clearly show not support wifi 802.11 ac... as lowyat news said might launch this 17/1...
