Is it worth to get the RN4 now?

Saw at lazada the 3gb 64gb version, rm827 (by dfaro, got 2yr wrnty).. Today cimb got 10% app discount, so can get rm744.30 (but cant use voucher code)..

Another one by TM Gadget, same 3gb 64gb, rm759.. No cimb discount, use voucher LOGIN50 to get rm50 discount, become only rm709.. but 1yr wrnty only.

I searched for "xiaomi redmi note 4 64gb". Then, I sorted to display from lowest price. Out comes all the accessories etc, I filtered the price range from rm600-900. Then, slowly go through one by one.. read the reviews, what's included, warranty, from all of the sellers.. Somehow, found this one.

Since this device had Mediatek SoC, they can't sell it in India. So they are likely to bring this to Singapore and Malaysia like Redmi Note 2.

I doubt they will ever bring it to Malaysia.

Basically hardware is not expensive. Even for apple. But the cost of R&D, after sale support would cost more for the phone. Ignorant sale person are often spreading wrong info. That is the main cause for consumers turning to forums and online shopping.

Redmi Note 4 is a decent phone at a decent price. Just make sure you read the review online and know exactly what you are getting. And of course, buy from a reputable seller. Good luck.

also most of shop sellers (non reputable) will just install vendor rom on your phone
