wta, which software you guys use to convert RAW/RAF to be supported by editing software such as Affinity Photo?

Just gotten my x30 with 23mmf2 this morning. 1st thing i notice is "missing" hot shoe 
2nd thing i notice - damn this is so freaking tiny and lightweight
3rd thing - finding RAW converter now. im using Affinity Photo but from this vid, it seems the worse and the CP1 is the best of it.

so, i gotta convert the RAW from CP1 - export it and use it in AP/LR for editing <- correcto?

Could be the choice of hosting the images in LYN forum applying crappy image compression on the image served, or just operator error; the photos aren't really a good demo of the lens's updated capabilities (which some speculate as an upgrade in lens resolving resolution for the upcoming newer sensors)
