Thanks for the tips bro. Come to think of it, it make sense. I ever took a very sharp photo with the Sigma 30mm f1.4 (@f1.7) + Sony a6000 set up with OCF facing the face of my subject. Will try that again.   
So far, I'm really happy with the JPEG output. To my eyes, my XT20 jpeg colors are definitely much better than the X100s I used  few years back.    And the awesome kit lens (best kit in any system) 18-55, finally, after the first encountered (back in 2013) I finally owned one. 
Is RM1380 cheap enough for u ? kldslr.com has one for sale at that price.

Thanks, good advice... wasn't get the sharpness I expected from one of my cameras, and after reading this, I check the settings and realised I had set it to multi-point focus. Changed it back and all good!

Let me guess, 2 flashes used in the last photo. One in front of the model. Judging from the catch light in her eyes, the flash was placed quite low? What kind of light modifier you're using? And the second flash behind her with CTO gel without any light modifier( because it looks a bit harsh). Did I miss anything?

Hmm....interesting......If you were using only reflector at the front, how come it didn't cast the warmth from the CTO on your model's face and body?  . If you customized the WB to counter the warm cast on your subject, how do you still manage to have the artificial golden hour look at the model's back? Unless you corrected the color temperature of your subject face and body using PS in post ?

Interested in your 35 1.4

I found a lot of good photos and reviews about 35mm, at first I find it too long for our Fujis but it seems not too bad. I'm thinking to grab one to try out and if I don't like it then sell it off. Torn between f/1.4 or f/2, heart leans towards f/1.4. Any thoughts for street photography and travel portrait?

Current primes: 18mm f/2 and 23mm f/1.4
Other lenses: 10-24mm and 50-230mm
