This project is called 216 Residence.
To be built on a tiny land, less than 1 acres. That place is a slope...dun have the developer's info...selling at RM570++ psf. Maintenance RM0.3 - RM0.35psf. That place is very jam in the morning...got a few schools there, got few more condo WIP in Kuchai Entrepreneurs somemore...good luck to the residents there |

Location is quite bad. Surrounded by old shophouses and beside is low/medium apartment (not well maintained).
Also, facade is very apartment looking. |
