1. Illegear Raven (i7-8750H, GTX 1050 4GB, RGB Keyboard, 8GB DDR4) said to have 8GB DDR4. Mind sharing the Ram model of this particular base sku? The one on website said '8GB DDR4 RAM - 1 X 8GB'

2. Whats the power adapter type for Illegear Raven (i7-8750H, GTX 1050 4GB, RGB Keyboard, 8GB DDR4) ? Do you sell the adapter? I dont like to carry my adapter around due to weight. Prefer to have a spare at office and at home.

Hi guys i am considering getting illegear to replace my suddenly mb dead aftershock. I am looking at either selenite or d7x so like to ask for user of selenite or d7x.

How is the heat management for the system? Also for d7x any keyboard rubber contact melting due to heat? You should notice it when ur game pc move forward after releasing ur W key

Also like to ask illegear y ur d7x no promo item all have but d7x got left out like a abandon child

Normal keyboard use either a rubber or silicon as a middle man between the key itself and the board. Whwn u press down on the key the rubber will make contact with the board sending the signal which key is pressed. For laptop that have heat management issue chance of this rubber melting is there. Especially if the heatsink or heating device is around the keyboard

It doesnt fully melt the rubber but part of it that comes in contact with the board. This causes it to stick to the board for a while longer depending on the damage. Most notable is the W key which we use alot

Hi GretZeit,

Thanks for contacting us. We can offer IT EXPO promotion on D7X but for PAP 10% discount, we only have it on D5 and D9X...

We do not have any keyboard contacting melting issue on D7X.

Ordering online is pretty straight forward, you can just check out at https://store.illegear.com.

Or, you can pass me your whatsapp number and I will assign a sales representative to approach you.

Hi. I'm a bit confused, what is the biggest difference between raven elite and laguna given the similar spec of i7 and 1060. With 144 hz screen and mechanical, both price is very close. And laguna has weigh 200g higher than elite.
The only different I see is the capability of going for 1070 for laguna. Why the heavier weight?

Please advise

Hi The kidz,

Both of them have equally good cooling and similar weight. The only difference between the two are LAGUNA comes with GTX1070, and the RAVEN Elite has 4K display and mechanical keyboard options. They look very different too.

Hi pluginbaby,

Can you try re-install your command center to see if the issue still persists?

Any new laptops launching for this coming months of year 2019? Since the new nvidia graphics card already announced in CES 2019, I expecting something “surprise” from illegear

Hello, im using Illegear Z5 and i have the exact issue mentioned above. If I hold W key for too long, when I let it go, it will still continually 'press' the W key for a few more seconds.

Is there any spare part (Hinge, cup? source:https://www.laptopkey.com/) which i can buy and do the replacement myself? I dont want to replace the whole keyboard please :'(
