For Raven Coffee 2018, there are two m.2 slots and 1 SATA 2.5 slots. What are the modes and spec of the mobo to support the m.2? Is it a PCIE 4x? Just curious if it can utilize ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SSD or it is overkill since it cant support x4 PCIE gen3

Noted that in BIOS it shows that the installed by Illegear 120GB SSD was in SATA, not in NVME. Is this by configuration or the hardware itself?

Hi Illegear, if i purchase the laptop without a HDD, will Illegear still provide the SATA cable and the 2.5" Hard disk bracket mount?

Dear Illegear,

I just received the Raven and everything is working well, but I noticed that after I played a game, the fan does not slow down even after a long time idling. It will slow down however after I restart the system, turn on and off the fan boost or put it to sleep and wake it up. May I know if there are some settings behind this characteristics?

I would recommend the Matmaster Control for better precision because of the bristly surface but should you prefer a mousepad with a smoother surface, I would recommend the Matmaster Speed instead

Considering the Raven. Is there a page for drivers in the events I need to perform a fresh install? and is there a service manual avaliable to download in the event I need to expand memory or change out my internatl storage drives?

To download the drivers, you would first have to determine the model of your Raven (whether it is running a Kaby Lake CPU or a Coffeelake CPU or a Raven Elite. Kindly find the driver suites for the ILLEGEAR Raven series as provided below:
