The best, as I mention before is to join a car club (preferably the car that you want to buy) and get to know the car from these people first. That's how you do research, talk to people who owns the car not those who doesn't. Personally, I feel that a lot of people here have a lot to say about cars but all they've driven is a Proton or a Perodua. They practically know nuts about a Suzuki or a Peugeot and 'stories' and 'myths' circulate among these people to others who plan to buy a car.
Also, unless you're earning 3K above with epf, etc. I sincerely doubt any bank will offer you a loan for the Suzuki Swift... unless you buy it under your parents name or someone else. As far as I know, the 0% interest for the 1st 2 years is absorb by Lion's Group or something.
U tok like u know alot... but u even said u a swift is out of ur reach, and i dun see ppl are toking nuts about the 206 and swift..... and alot non-proton or non-perodua driver still bash proton car like no tomorow.....

I've pointed this out long time ago. .. malaysians mentally SUX - they are hipocrites - they love selective bashing.
and they're indirectly responsile for the death of R3 time attac which is the only avenue for grassroot motorsport ... if it's a proton having this problem this thread wil become bashing ground.
a 9 month old myvi shouldn't have this problem...the hole on the undercarriage near the pedal due to stamping error existed since first batch myvi since 2005... just send ur car to SC to rectigy it.no point buying new car if the car still can run fine...
like i said long ago..... FnF not a good place to discuss about a car already, long ago was a good place den sudden come in all the basher from no where.. u can see freshly join member straight come in and bash about the cars they dun like.. even they didn't own them..... even a mod is also the same.... he told me is a fact and say i cannot accept it coz i'm driving 1.. but the fact is he dun own that car and know nut about that car.....
