fulamak... semi auto spamming la!!! notworthy.gif

those are numbers of box bought/used INCLUSIVE the pods in back-pack, not forgetting the testing & chrono after adjusting/repairing markers... actual paint used was abt 10+ boxes..
we go in the field carrying 2-3 pods & full loader each, everage i'd say 2500 per game BUT actual usage is less than that - slightly over 1000 per game only maa & we played 18 games in total...

Killer beez only buy 12 boxes...
But still got extra 1 box + 10 pods full of pallets.
Play overall 20 games (9 games in M7 + 11 games in M5).
*
hehehe.. abt the same pellet consumption - in runs in the family wink.gif
M7 doesn't really use up lotsa pellets anyway...

for now, at our level (or at least mine), type of marker is just secondary, skill & teamwork is more important... don't be surprise, a team using all mech can defeat an all-E team - happened during the recent mpoc... tongue.gif
just like cars, it all boils down to the one behind the wheel - be it a porche or ferrari, the auntie will still drive it at 60.. tongue.gif

adam, no mbm training this weekend ? thought wanna train my basics again..slack la... =P
*
frankly, unless u r planning on doing some 'set pieces' or 'coordinated movement', u don't really have to wait for team training session. 'basic' means ur own personal skill laa.. u can do it on ur own initiative, just need a little imagination & creativity..

some of the boring drills u can do on ur own.. (just ignore those 'org gila' phrase thrown at u)
- snap-shooting > just 'snap' at a target from behind a bunker, 1 shot each time.. see how many times u can really hit the target, or better yet, pin-point where u wanna shoot.. not as easy as it looks.. brows.gif
- running & shooting > set up an obstacle course & see if u can hit all the targets without slowing down (we did this b4, remember?) hmm.gif
- fitness (incl. dives & slides) > u don't even need to pay to do this, any part of the field will do.. flex.gif

do this & u'll find out soon enuff how much u suck at it... tongue.gif
start slow with nearer target, add more as u progress.. u'll see the benefit when u do actual team training..

good luck... icon_rolleyes.gif

juz read the M7 format of play... seems interesting.. but i dun understand the timing...

Maximum game time : 15 minutes + (3 minutes X 8 points) + (2 x 1 minute
time-outs) = 41 minutes
(and max is 45min)

is that means, 45 min for each game??..
*
M7 game is slightly diff from M5, which is the normal format we play..
15mins game time is the actual game time, meaning everytime a team scores, time will stop during the break & will start again after the 2min break.. something like the game time in NBA... during this 15-minute period, teams are to score as many points or the max 5pts, as we play it here..

the raskal vs northern shield last time lasted for abt half an hour & raskal won by 5-0... but the actual game time was like 4min 24sec if not mistaken - less than a minute for a point.. that's fast, man..!

huhu..will try  wink.gif  ...weekend also got ppl training M7 rite?...
*
yeah.. esp a week or 2 b4 tournament starts..
in M7 paint comsumption is low bcoz it's a fast-paced game, u don't really have time to reload, even if u do, maybe only 1 pod...
hmm.. m just curious why teams playing in M7 play differently when it comes to M5.. using same field layout maa.. rclxub.gif

Maybe not used to full auto mode.
*
whenever u see a player testing out (dry fire) a marker, u'd see they do it by walking the trigger & most of them very fast, able to finish a loader in one go... - u can see this in most pro/am M5 games, so which mode one is using doesn't really matter here, be it full or semi auto... they spray out strings of paint just the same...
btw, pro/am div can use ramping mode - psp..

Paintball 101:
++ No need to shot at the bunker blindly.
++ Shot when u want to move or you see you opponents.
++ Or you want to let your fren move.

ps: I'm not pandai... But, just sharing some saving pallets tips.
*
in short, shoot only when necessary/needed... brows.gif
..yeah i know.. easier said than done, the temptation is too great to resist.. esp when u r holding (in ur mind) the greatest marker in the world... tongue.gif
-stay focus at the main objective - 'capture the flag & hang it with possibly zero casualty on ur side'.. not 'shoot them up kow-kow..' whistling.gif

can use full auto in M7??... means i pull the trigger..pallet will go non-stop??..

i never shot an 'E' b4 blush.gif

maybe can use mech marker for M7..heheh
*
'open marker' means u can use whatever marker u fancy, even if it's a mech..! but u'll have the disadvantage in term of speed...

the 'full auto' is actually NXL mode - *refer to page 21, post #408 for explanation on this mode*

got few questions..

1- eligibility & status - open to all or only MMU? can D2/D3 (of either of the major league) play tho stated there 'rookie'...?
2- game format - knock-out or what?
3- marker - house or open? how abt self-owned marker (mech or E)?
4- additional pellets - put in loader only or can bring extra pods in?
5- scoring system - nppl or millennium?
6- more details - got website or something other than calling the contact person? (jenuh la dia nak jawab semua phone calls)

these are the FAQs for almost every tourney... 5 & 6 tu saje je but knowing it would be good also.. wink.gif
