Other normal condo, developer give 10% rebate, sometime more than 10%. At the end of the day, buyer pay nothing.. Cost of buying normal condo is less than rumawip..

I pay rm1K booking, can get non restriction condo, got rebate and cash rebate, no need to pay 10% deposit. My cost only progressive interest.

btw, for you info.. Rumawip is under affordable housing. Even you sell after moratorium finish, new owner still have some restriction. If don't believe, can check with DBKL or kementerian Wilayah.

There is some rumawip being lelong already. However, some restriction still apply to new buyer..

Regulations in the website is not legal.. Unless it is in black&white and stamped.. In rumawip S&P, no clause says can't be rented.. That's why thousands of rumawip such as pandamas, sentulmas bla2, all being rented already..

No Law or regulations that can stop you from rent out your rumawip, even PPA1M can be rented. The agreement only says you can't sell/transfer ownership to other than your relative for 10 years..

I already asked our lawyer (since I'm one of UEM sunrise staff that incharge of KKK before) and DBKL.. why so hard to undertand?

go register with KWP website first, you get tawaran unit. We will contact you.. It's faster that way.. Only took 1 week..

That Rumawip FAQ not updated since ages.. There is no rules or regulations that says can't rent.. Even DBKL staff rumawip unit which they got 30% discount, a lot of them rent out their units already.
