Vista Wirajaya 1&2 Sold out within 6 months.. It is still available because of loan rejection and DBKL units .


and I still got 300++ units Kiara Kasih haven't taken up.. So, why this freehold still got 300++ units untaken ?

less than 300 units available guys !.. gear on to sell of all units this year ! Come on!

Can drop your document at Mont Kiara UEM Sunrise show room or easier way, just submit the document to Putrajaya by yourself, faster.. then, please ask SA to remind kwp, your approval will be faster..

Hopefully to sell all by this year.. get good kpi and good bonus next year.. Hahaha..

Kiara Kasih RM352psf.. No brainer la.. Mont Kiara rules KL..

Kiara kasih is the best selling rumawip.. launched in January.. now almost sold out.

Some rumawip launched mid last year, but still a lot unsold.
