hey guys, i received a call from UEM as well on last Friday. The agent mentioned that the booking fees will be MYR 5k. However I heard some of my friends said that the agent told them was MYR 30k. I'm kinda confused by this.

Anyone know any details on this?

Hello,
As per what i understand, you can start calling banks for pre approval loans. You can ask for black and white from bank if you successfully get 100% loan or 90% loan or etc.
If you get 100% loan then ask for letter from bank.. here, you only need to prepare RM5K for booking.
If you fail to get 100% loan and only get 90% then prepare RM30K on Tuesday.

Wait. 100% loan? Under what? Skim Rumah Pertamaku? Applicable to RUMAWIP also?

Called bank during lunch time, yes u can apply rumah pertama for rumawip. Bank said depends on developer if they can wait until the loan is approved to wait for the 10% or we pay first then they will pay back the 10% to us. But based on what i understand, Sunrise needs a letter from bank saying that its confirm we can get the 100% loan. I've yet to meet the bank this Thursday.
