**RM 5,000 Booking Fees

**SNP Fees will be bear by developer , other fees still not confirmed whether is bear by developer anot.

For those who submit their application to DBKL, will wait longer as they are sent back to Urusetia rumahwip batch by batch.

Last month when I pay a visit to UEM Showroom, the SA told me different things. He said submit at DBKL faster. But when I went DBKL to submit, they say this project is handle by rumahWIP Putrajaya.
Then after that one forumer claimed that he able to submit at DBKL.

Maybe he might be get wrong info haha, yes u able submit to DBKL but the process will be slow abit, as they send batch by batch back to HQ which is Urusetia Rumahwip.

UEM Staff told me the same as above.

Wow 2 parking? This is the first RUMAWIP I've heard that comes with 2 parking. I've been trying to look for one with 2 parking and I applied for this. Hopefully there'll be update on my status soon

Mine also still "layak diproses", submitted on the 19th Feb.

Submitted my application online on 19th Feb and handed over my documents on 22nd. Still under "layak diproses" category.

Submitted last Friday, still "layak diproses" as well.

Ya, I was shock when been told by UEM Staff. If he dint give wrong info to me la. 7 floor car park for 719 unit I think can get 2.

Yaya erm perhaps next month , if before 19th March u get success then u can ballot.
