Worth it leh, 300K after 4year construction up to 398K. Mont kiara still have developing space
1. jalan Kiara 3 link to jalan duta kiara 2. Rumor MRT 3 station 3. jalan kiara 4 link extent maximum linked all the road together so property here still have appreciation space. |

Whatever price its sold it's based on market demand & it's clear that this property has demand based on the 13 registered bidders. Congratulations to the new owner & existing owners are just smiling today patiently waiting for Bon Kiara to open up the road & hopefully MRT confirmation someday in the future. For those who tried but failed, well better luck next time if there is any. Who knows you get a better unit in the future facing MK, that for sure would attract more bidders ✌️ |

Flipping rumahwip game right? Yeah it's do able but not worth the effort. Smart people doing smart work, smart people especially know the game and rule, they will not doing this because compare to bulk purchase etc pla pla pla, this earn too less with a lot of harass and effort. OK let said paying all the thing and purposely let it go via auction Additional cost Lawyer fee & autioneer fee Progressive interest he paid is cost (around 20k) Break loan agreement contract penalty Rgpt from the profit 90k (30%) In the end, ready earning? When a good property entered the auction market, it can either be one of the two reasons ...
1. Disputes in joint ownership. 2. Financial constraint. Doesn't matter rental can cover instalment but priority in using the cash for other purpose in the hope of helping the defaulter recover financially and to cont the instalment. While some will manage to recover financially, others may not be lucky. |
