parts nt available at HQ, delivery the wrong parts, unfriendly service advisor jus keep telling me to wait instead of giv me a roughly or exact waiting time (i passed my key at 8am sharp of course i make an appointment before, and get my car at 4.55pm, Ps; they close at 5.15pm, almost the same time wit the employee thr )

no apologise from the advisor
no compensation
no car wash
spent 10 hours jus for a antenna

before going make sure the parts are available at HQ, and ask the exact waiting time

i'm nt satisfied wit the service tat proton HQ provided

For premium, the most in demand variant,they are busy delivering so waiting period long .
For lower variants, do wait too for year end hopefully discounts are generous.

Hopefully in first week of november got discounts.

Persona feels cheap especially the build quality. Why not go for Preve?

Much bigger on the inside and safer too, more stable on the highway and comes with 4 disc brakes

My friend says the Persona front looks like a snake face, then the back and side looks like escargot hahahahahahahaha

I think less likely they'll give discounts since its selling well... premium variant waiting period > 1.5 months

Waiting for more review and hopefully they will give generous discount before CNY next year, else have to wait until Hari Raya 2017 lol

Another one here. Waiting for my Premium CVT since Sep.
They told me, Ill get it in 2 weeks (from 6.9.2016) If thr're no issue with my loan.
Loan approved. Signed. Within a week.
After 2 weeks, they called, to inform that it'll take a while for it to arrive and ask me to upgrade for Premium SS(with bodykit).

Agreed to upgrade, and been promised to receive in 2 weeks. But,since then been waiting till now. No updates. have to call everytime, to be informed that the car will arrive by the week after (every time I called) Till yesterday, they informed that Proton is having problem with radio supplier causing the production to delay.

Super frustrated.

Aiks.... I thought the bodykit limited quantity to 1000 only? still got left extras?
