I downgraded to 4mb. I can stable 6mb they dunwan give me 6 its 4 or 8 bullshit.

I can't check modem since its wired. Atm I have no access to laptop or pc to connect to it. Local technician came to my apartment block before not my house. They said whole area the copper not good. I know I can get 6mb stable when my modem loses connection but the technician won't cap me at lower speed for 8mb package. I guess need to wait next year see what they will do. I asked my apartment management they tok to tm few times. In end tm wants them to pay for unifi setup or get 70~80% ppl to subscribe which isn't possible. Asking Adun here is useless.

They sent me rm148 bill. I need to know what's your bill. Reason I asked was because they claim able to upgrade me last month to 8mb its failed upgrade local tm technician canceled pending upgrade.

Kindly noted that, all existing Streamyx residential customers who are subscribing to the residential package and currently paying more than RM69 per month are eligible to the new price of RM69.

Rest assured, the new price of RM69 will start to reflect in your October bill onwards.

Both tm and mcmc taking their sweet time. Nothing is done so far regarding why I am still billing rm148 bullshit this month.

Guys pls report all to mcmc. Especially if you didn't sign up for noncense extra. Few years ago they also did something similar I said cancel at kedai tm they said kena charge cancellation I told them show proof I got signup for extra or will bring to attention of mcmc only they cancel me.

Bastard tm is trying to close my case totally ignored my dispute on rm148 bill for Sept. Mcmc tried close my case I reopen. Blood suckers! 4mb rm148 for Sept 2019 is noncense.

Received a call from tm. They agree to reimburse next month if I pay rm148 or even if I pay rm69 also can. According to them my issue was system wasn't update about my failed 8mb upgrade. Thank you mcmc.

Not available most areas including Penang. Unsurprisingly area in Kg Pisang next to TM Building has both fibre (years ago) and now tm air 🙄 Maybe if I ever moved I try get a house next to tm building.

Petition or anything also no use unless you can guaranteed them 70~80% agree to unifi. That's what tm told me. Our apartment management try nego with tm few times nothing can be done. Unless you pay for it.

I already talk with some ppl during our agm even management too we don't think we can get even reach out to 50% it's not expensive housing area. Lots of less wealthy etc ppl stay here.

Already did mcmc complains, tm complains, Gobind complains. Asking my Adun is kinda useless his centers isn't as helpful and he is too busy being finance minister. TM KL already says they ask TM Pg and TM Pg not interested or latest info no new TM Pg unifi expansion for this year.

I already kept it open for 2 months. I let it closed after tm kl phone me twice trying to tell me nothing can be done. I reopen the case 2 or 3 times in past nearly 2 years. They won't do anything mcmc also never bothered comment about it.

My always escalated to lv 2. Issue is level 2 always said they contacted TM Pg who decided not feasible to do anything. 🙄. I will try open another ticket in a month or two.

Tm kept saying rm69 started from end of Sept. Is it true? I am having issue where I am charge rm145 Sept. When complain 13 Sept was told new bill will have adjustment and I only need pay rm69 for Sept and ignore the rest now. They changed their tune. This report is with mcmc and they kept closing it
