for those who make complaint to aduan skmm, TM will surely try to close your complaint without actually solve your problem, just re-open it until mcmc replies it
Especially for those who asking for unifi for so long, keep opening it, since TM will say no demand, no infra and so on even tho TMPoint gave you different "promises" plus with high expensive streamyx fees...keep open it.

my taman still no unifi lite.. other new housing with no people living already got unifi ready.. last time explained to my need a lot ppl sub baru dapat pasang unifi, for this case, they can't even answer.

guys..whenever you guys try to isi demand form in tm point.. ask them to show you the "future" or "planning" unifi deployment map, which kind looks like a google map thing with all the "in planning/installing" progress map, markings for termination boxes, and so on.
If your area is within the planned deployment map, that means got chance there will be unifi either within a year or so..but still fill in the demand form as well.
Also, I noticed the unifi coverage deploys here in Kuching also affected by politicians, if that area is kubu kuat BN..then it will be deployed faster, even in kampung area. hope to see this trend changes LA. beside from politic influence, also influenced by "elite housing" area.
anyway just forward to skmm aduan and if they call you said not ready and want to close the report, you have a right to demand not to close the report since you're reporting for service coverage, not service outage.

Bayaran langganan bulanan untuk Unifi Turbo ini adalah RM199 sebulan. Kelajuan sebenar yang ditawarkan menerusi pelan ini masih belum diumumkan tetapi TM mensasarkan ianya antara yang terpantas di Asia Tenggara.
Pelan naik taraf turut akan diberikan kepada pengguna pra-Unifi (Streamyx) serta mengembalikan semula pakej tanpa had Unifi Mobile bagi pelanggan sedia ada.
Pihak Telekom Malaysia akan berkongsi maklumat lebih terperinci mengenai pelan-pelan yang diumumkan hari ini pada acara khas yang akan diadakan pada 12 Julai kelak. no words at all for streamyx pricing. so basically, tm say, fuck you. |
