Yeah i know, but it will direct goes to all the SP contact link with no option to proceed. Need to lodge offical complaint to TM first.

and now im searching how to lodge a complaint at tm website and still fail to find any complaint form that i need to fill in.

Or you can just register on the cfm website for an account first.

well monopolishit company. my place since 2008 only 1mbps stimix. 6.1km from last dslam. request for faster stimix/unifi a lot but still they dun gib a fuck. its good to be kroni.

can reduce the price or not.
Already ok with the speed
Just want pay less than RM100.

Any idea what package TM will offer?

They say can change but my area only have 4mbps

wow.. im paying rm100 after disc rm30 for 2mb streamyx
cant even upgrade it to 4mb say no port zzzz
streamyx so slow.. always dc.. cant even play on9 games wtf

I filed a complaint to MCMC
now price is reduced to RM130 from RM140 for a 4MB lines.
