i don't understand why you can't get the same deal if you terminate and sign up for a new plan.

that's what i had to do with my unifi VIP10 last time to get that RM20 discount (after 2 year contract finished).

refer to first post, send cfm complaint and you're demanding the same treatment... at first they might just call you and explain about the package and will tempt to close the cfm report.. but don't let them, keep on pressing them until you get the same fair treatment.. that's how I got my discount. no termination, no tmpoint visit. just don't be too rude tho.

4Mbps also enough.. as long low latency. For torrenting you might need vpn tho. IPTV is fine
