As far as i know, if CFM cannot handle this case, it will redirect to MCMC. You call MCMC lah for updates, CFM cannot handle this   

I just done speed test on my 8Mbps, I got 9.6Mbps.

Does this mean TM surprised 8Mbps user with​ 10Mbps?

Saya sebagai pengguna Streamyx [xMbps, insert your speed here] dan membayar sebanyak [insert your price/month here] tidak mendapat apa-apa ganjaran ataupun promosi daripada pihak TM. Sekarang pihak TM akan melancarkan pakej Unifi Lite 10Mbps di mana majoriti pengguna Unifi VIP 5 akan menerima peningkat taraf secara automatik kepada pakej Unifi Lite terbaru, seperti dimaklumkan dari laman sesawang https://amanz.my/2017135614/ dan juga daripada agen-agen promosi TM.

Saya sebagai pengguna Streamyx agak tersinggung kerana saya juga pengguna TM dan juga membayar agak mahal untuk perkhidmatan Streamyx, tetapi tidak diberi diskaun, promosi oleh pihak TM. Saya ingin pihak TM untuk mengurangkan yuran langganan Streamyx kerana setakat ini pengguna Streamyx terpaksa membayar yuran yang agak tinggi untuk kelajuan yang tidak seberapa, berbanding dengan pengguna Unifi yang membayar yuran yang lebih murah dan kelajuan yang lebih laju berbanding dengan pengguna Streamyx.

Ramai dikalangan pengguna Streamyx tidak mempunyai liputan Unifi dan saya berharap agar pihak TM memperluaskan liputan Unifi, jika tidakpun mengurangkan yuran langganan Streamyx.

If they are unable to upgrade their infrastructure,why don't reduce the price?

They don't allow me to get unifi lite, saying my neighbour using "pure unifi", so they give me no options for the price of rm150, except to continue with 2mbps steamix.. steam betul

Why don't take up Pure Unifi for additional rm49?

Get 100mb share with 2 or 3 other neighbours is already good enough. Even split 2 is consider good. But make sure everyone is cooperative lah, if not,  the person who sign up will end up having to pay for 24 months.

Maybe until 2020 or even longer, we r still stuck with stimix.

bought digi best prepaid last month to test the coverage.
sure can get 4G but not good enough for speed coz average is 5-10mbps and hell not stable

they ignore and close my case again.... tm said my area no unifi.... cant apply unifi lite.... T.T ppl paying rm149 for 10mbps while we stuck at 4mbps with the same price

If your place have pure unifi (this is their term) then they will ask you to subscribe to pure unifi. Unifi lite is only for places where there is no unifi, but hv streamyx 10mbps. So it is restricted to very few location. KPDNKK should block them from using unifi lite, as if it is fiber optics. It is just copper lines.
