KUALA LUMPUR 25 Jan. – Tele­kom Malaysia Berhad ™ memberi ganjaran kepada pe­langgannya melalui kempen ‘ganjaran istimewa’ sebagai tanda pengharga­an atas kesetiaan dan sokongan terhadap produk serta perkhid­matan TM.

Naib Presiden Eksekutif Pengguna dan Perusahaan Kecil Sederhana (PKS) TM, Imri Mokhtar berkata, para pelanggan daripada segmen kediaman yang melanggan perkhidmatan TM seperti Homeline, Streamyx dan UniFi sehingga 28 Februari ini layak menerima ganjaran tersebut.

Kata beliau, semua pelanggan TM yang layak akan mene­rima khidmat pesanan ringkas (SMS) atau e-mel yang memaklumkan kelayakan mereka untuk menerima ganjaran.

“Pelanggan boleh melayari laman web www.tm.com.my/thankyousurprise bermula hari ini dan perlu mengisi butiran mereka secara dalam talian. Kemudian, mereka perlu mengesahkan penerimaan tawaran yang diberikan.

“Ganjaran istimewa ini mempunyai tempoh yang terhad dan pelanggan perlu berbuat demikian secepat mungkin supaya tidak terlepas peluang ke­emasan ini,” katanya dalam kenyataan di sini hari ini.

Tambah Imri, se­jak Oktober tahun lalu pihaknya telah melaksanakan Pelan Penambahbaikan Jalur Lebar (BIP) dalam usaha memacu penggunaan jalur le­bar di seluruh negara.

Katanya, melalui pelan tersebut purata kepantasan jalur lebar untuk pe­langgan UniFi kediaman akan dinaik taraf pada harga yang sama.

“Pelan ini sedang berjalan dan pelanggan yang layak akan mula menikmati penaiktarafan secara berperingkat bermula bulan ini. Setakat ini, hampir 700,000 pelanggan telah bersetuju menerima tersebut.

Webe ---> Why would we want webe when most of us already have digi,maxis,celcom etc for our smartphone? Plus we need to subscribe RM79 webe just to get that RM10 discount?
Hypptv ---> How is 2Mbps suppose to stream HD iptv properly? Not even 8Mbps can stream Hpptv IPTV due to bandwidth sharing between internet + hpptv. (Unifi fiber is different where hpptv has its dedicated vlan bandwidth)
Gemfive vouchers ---> Need to spend MORE THAN RM100 at gemfive before one can use the useless voucher. Pay to use the voucher?

There is no greater value at all.

Wrong, the speed upgrade is TM OBLIGATION.
There is no take it or leave it.
And no, speed upgrade IS NOT A PRESENT, it is stipulated in the government budget 2017 and TM had received funding for such purpose from government.

Please don't make a fool out of yourself.

Actually.....first, during my uni = I apply for RM83 2Mbps Unipack, so I got a netbook.
Then contract over once I graduated....and earning poor man salary (still poor now.... cry.gif ), so I terminated the unipack, used my salary slip RM1200, re-applied the tablet plan RM88 4Mbps and got myself a tablet.

People already referred to TM via phone call and live chat for past few days for confirmation and verification. That is why we file a complaint to CFM in first place.

Quick question, did all of you attach the live chat screenshots and budget 2017 transcript when filing the complaint?

Now the main problem.
FOUR TM Live Chat tech support REFUSED to open a report for my complaint about those webe,voucher,hypptv and lack of speed upgrade for streamyx user as per budget 2017 tabled by PM.

The bolded part is exactly the same response given by TM even though I INSISTED them to open a report.

Note: Done calling 100 too, same stuff, they refused to open a report and 'request' me to wait for more 'surprises' (I already know what kind of useless surprises from my TM insiders)

Update:
On 5:31PM just now, CFM personnel called my phone number.
He asked me if CFM could close my report as CFM will be contacting and clarifying matter about speed upgrade with TM. In addition, he told me CFM is getting too many complaints from streamyx subscribers.

At first, I was reluctant, but as he said current reports will be pooled together and CFM together with MCMC will be contacting TM soon to negotiate some sort of deal.
So, I gave the permission to close my CFM report.

I got a bad feeling about this....... hmm.gif

EDIT: at the beginning of the conversation, he asked me if I already filed a report with TM in regard to speed upgrade matter. I told him that I already tried, but TM refused to open report for me. (Yeah, told him about 4times disconnected live chat and 2 times phone disconnection with TM)

Done that when CFM called me.....but as usual, CFM just doesn't care. The personnel was silent for 5 seconds or so after I told him about TM refusal to open a report.
