I feel like they updated the spawn areas for all the pokemon. Seeing koffings and bulbasaur spawn more now. Btw update is i've reached level 5 finally. Lols.

If u havrle high cp and that curve is at the beginning of the curve from left to right then the potential for it to boost its own power to higher cp is there. Compared to one that is almost all the way to the right of the curve. |
