sometimes it could be the gps positioning off because of triangulation and tall steel structures nearby.
u can try to walk around the area, while pressing the home button and relaunching the app to refresh your gps position. (not force stop)

I can confirm rhyhorn can be seen in esplanade.

Really? 7-9pm i was there in titiwangsa on friday, caught 5 dratinis and a ton of mgk near the triple stop by the satay station.

Dont think its a nest but the spawn rates there and in masjid jamek are way higher than anywhere else in kl (still looking for other locations)

yesterday off-day refilling bag from the farming, while walking the 6 pokestop-circle at tmn bkt jalil decided to rekt the 2 mystic gyms there.

luckily there were a few valorians as well.
everytime we were defending, we just sniped it back to valor.

turns out my fighter only ko-ed 4 hours after i left huhu.

it could be timing, once i stayed past 930-10pm at titiwangsa, all the garbage spawns started to appear (zubat pidgey etc).. however i hear deep at night the spawns change also.
