Again you mixed up Suasana and Suasana bro

Actually both Astana and Suasana Lumayan have their drawbacks. Astana Lumayan is actually built on reclaimed land which is used to be an oxidation pond. The ground of the Astana Lumayan is slightly lower than the main road level. Suasana Lumayan's drawbacks are the high-tension cables and high-density.

Astana Lumayan's access is slightly worse than Suasana Lumayan as the main road is jam-packed with cars parking at both sides of the road. As the result, only one vehicle can pass through the 2-lane road due to cars which are parked at both left and ride sides of the road.

I don't think the launching price of Suasana Lumayan is above RM300k. It is RM220k to 230k the last time I checked when they first launched the development.

Location looks strategic as well connected via the major roads that link to the major towns. Went to check out the site the other day, before the low cost flats and htc is still alright - very quiet and full of greens along the roads

I passed by Tasik Permaisuri earlier today and noticed some buntings for Rumbia hanged at lamp post.

Also I think they had a huge billboard for this at Federal highway

Soft launch since last year but officially will be launched after Raya. 3 floors of parking... good facilities... quite nice layout.... low density.... below 23rd floor almost all taken up... when they launch after Raya it is for the remainder of the floors... oh.. btw.. sky gym, futsal court, basketball court, badminton court, pool, jacuzzi amongst facilities.
