Hi, anyone know the maintenance fee of 0.35 per sq ft for Ixora including sinking fund or not? Find the maintenace fee a bit high comparing to other projects.

We already have a Whatsapp group for Rumbia (Ixora & Akasia please don't PM me) We want to bring together with all the owners to respond that the developer didn't painted the car park podium issues. quite a spectacular view for ixora owners, too bad it doesnt come with balcony at all.
