Sifu, normal ke kalau exhaust ada bunyi meletup? Recently aku tukar exhaust. Bawak ok tapi after lepas throttle, ada bunyi letup2. Happen only after release throttle. Should i need to be worry? Or normal? Btw ada cara tak nak hilang kan bunyi letup tu?

Most stock ecu locked d cannot amend any calculation. Need to add 3rd party piggyback to bypass ecu

Changing fast flow air filter and exhaust will disturb you air/fuel ratio (AFR)...hence the reason why you see some people install PC5/Bazzaz or flash the ECU to tune/correct ratio...
RICH=minyak lebih, LEAN=angin lebih....sebelum zaman EFI dulu orang main tune carburator jer...but nowaday everything set by the ECU...

Currently, you're running rich and the PAIR valve system open up to supply secondary air to burn any excess fuel coming out through your exhaust..Why? this valve help manufacturers pass the emission std by producing cleaner air...without tuning, alternatively you can try install block off plate to disable this PAIR valve, it will significantly reduce the popping but it still doesnt change the fact you're running rich...you will still get the popping occasionally as the rich mixture reach the hot tip/end of your exhaust/muffler with atmosphere air...

I installed Bazzaz with "autotune" and did PAIR valve removal (to ensure the wideband O2 sensor produce more accurate AFR reading). The result is satisfying and popping is the least of my problem...
Can set the AFR and choose rich or lean fuel map anytime i want by plug-in to the laptop like MotoGP
Only go for dyno if i want to know how many horsie i have & to confirm smooth power/torque delivery curve....

^^ thanks guys for the reply and help. the main problem is...mine dont have any ecu . i use old style carb . i did some research and for the conclusion i need to adjust my carb air intake to mix it well to burn the fuel.
