huhu rasa sudah penangan moto takde abs .... bawak tkde lah laju mana , tpi moto depan masuk simpang tiba-tiba ... total sliding tayar belakang ... mungking sbb aku lepas moto lepas nampak tayar belakang sliding luka makan tar je tangan kiri yg lain takde apa , moto je la kena hehe ... dah terbaring atas jalan satu je aku fikir ... nasib pakai fullface ... kalau ms ke mau pecah helmet tu haha ... memang kuat terhentak dari belakang .. 3 hari sakit kepala

Hi guys, can i ask a question regarding jpj transfer of ownership.

so i met  this guy wanting to sell his 250sl, his location is kuantan while i am at selangor. If i'm not mistaken shouldn't both owner be present during transfer of ownership at the jpj branch? because he says:

-He gets the geran to be fingerprint scanned and cop'd by jpj in kuantan
-poslaju the geran to me with the letter of ownership transfer
- i continue the transfer process at jpj in selangor

like this can also?
