Don't upgrade from 970 to 1060. It feels like 970 upgrade to 980.

QUOTE(-cmi- @ Jan 7 2017, 10:26 AM) Not worth sold your 970 just for 1060. You wouldn't face significant improvement over there. Unless you just need to topup little money for that upgrade. If upgrade to 1070, that's something. But if you're not the type that not hyper in maxing out every triple A game, just go for 1060. QUOTE(Someonesim @ Jan 7 2017, 11:48 AM) If 1070, will be enough for next few years for 1080P. If upgraded to 1440P, then 1070 only ngam x 2 can handle QUOTE(lolzcalvin @ Jan 7 2017, 11:49 AM) I see. But my monitor only normal 1080p 60Hz without G-Sync, good to use GTX 1070? |

QUOTE(Liuteva @ Jan 7 2017, 02:03 PM) Good. The feeling you can max out almost everything is priceless. But it depending on the game you usually plays. As for me, i rarely plays any triple A titles anymore so even 970 is enough for me. If you played it a lot, go for 1070. |

QUOTE(Liuteva @ Jan 8 2017, 09:21 AM) Entry level gsync monitor quite expensive. Rm1899 for 24" 1080p. If limited budget can just get acer kg240a, even though don't have gsync (it supports freesync), the high refresh rates means that you can use vsync off and still hardly notice the tearing. |
