My data has finished. I want to subscribe 500mb data for 30 days using the balance in my season pass using the phone black app. I have searched every where in black app but couldn't find it. Can some one point to me where is it?

I register a new XOX simcard but the agent typed my last name without spacing in name per IC. I have 2 other xox simcards (with correct spacing) and as a result, it did not consolidate and appear into my selfcare/black app line management. How do I correct this in order for it to appear as 3 simcards in selfcare and black app?
Is selfcare website down? It showed a 419 Page Expired error.
