Recently ported in to XOX prepaid, a feedback/complain & some questions:
1. Somehow I seem to be burning through my data quite quickly (rather alarming). I draw down 500MB from SP each time (for now, to monitor), and from Sunday 3 Feb - Friday 8 Feb, I have already used up 3.5GB (7 activations).
I was previously on Digi, and I don't ever recall using up 3.5GB in 1 week, let alone 5 days.
And usage was similar: some tethering for browsing, some FB-ing, some surfing, some Whatsapp-ing. Hardly watch/download any video content.
Rather suspicious I must say
2. I know about the DATA AR OFF command, or 'Stop Plan Renewal' via the *150# menu. What about the option '2. Stop Plan Now'?
Does it mean that
- I subscribe to 1GB/30 days
- Use up only 500MB in 15 days
- Select option '2. Stop Plan Now'
- The remaining 500MB is put back into my Season Pass?
