Hi again guys, I stopped from going through with XOX because am paying celcom RM62 inclusive SST for unlimited data and unlimited calls.

Is there a better deal in XOX?

Hi,according to Onexox information........Celcom are upgrading to 5G at this moment.

Onexox are depending on Celcom's coverage and will be affected by these upgrades untill the upgrading completed.

Hoping that the "Congested line/too many users in the same area" will be solved too or porting out is the solutions especially for B89DB users who pay RM89 monthly.

It seems that some Onexox users are beginning to migrate to Umobile's new GX68 plan with unlimited data and uncapped data speed which offered at RM58 monthly.

instead of buy 1 yr validity, i transferred RM30 credit between 2 XOX nos. many times, costing RM1 each time, to get 25days extension each time for both nos.

Hi,for your info.....every telco will charge advanced 1 month payment for their postpaid plan which can not be used to off set monthly bill.
This amount of 1 month advanced payment(Not shown in bill) will be used "ONLY" to off set your bill amount in your final bill.

At other telcos when you settled your monthly bills will show RM0 in "Amount due" means you have 1 month overpaid amount which you don't have to pay when you port out or terminate your line before your next billing date and you "MAY" receive PRORATED amount to be REFUND which depends on your telco's T & C.
You can check your final bill which will be issued after you port out or terminate your postpaid line.

Onexox Black plan don't have prorated bill amount and will not refund the overpaid amount.
Onexox amount of 1 month advanced payment(Shown in Amount Due) will be used to off set your monthly bill if no payment being paid after monthly billing date.

To port out or terminate Onexox Black line,
user must have a "Minus(-) amount" of their total Black plan monthly charges + unbill amount + 6% sst on unbill amount before the next billing date.

Bill 1 : There's monthly charges of RM59 and unbill amount of RM0.50(6% sst apply) = RM59.53
There's balance of - RM57.45 from advanced payment.So this user need to pay another RM2.08 (To total up  - RM59.53) before port out or terminate line before next billing date.

Bill 2 : There's monthly charges of RM89 and there's balance of - RM90.05 from advanced payment.So this user have overpaid amount of - RM1.05 can port out or terminate line before next billing date,no payment needed..Overpaid amount won't be refund after port out or terminate line.

Reminder : If your amount due is RM0,you need to pay the amount in monthly charges + unbill amount + 6% sst on your unbill amount before you can port out or terminate your Black plan.
