QUOTE(Oppa.OneXOX @ Jun 9 2017, 06:00 AM) Hello everyone, Thank you for the good news! I'd like to let all onexox subscribers/users know that the 500MB for 30days data plan have been re-implemented and can now be subscribed through easy menu *150# ..... available for subscription using either credit deductions and/or season pass quota. I believe this is good news for onexox subscribers with older season pass rates and for low data usage users. Have a nice day ! When it's removed I didn't even bother to read those messages they'd been sending me on Season Pass offers. My faith in OneXOX is finally back. |

Question about stopping the auto-renewal after I've subscribed to M500MB deducted from Season Pass.
Does the data stop immediately after the cancellation of auto-renewal, or can we use the rest of 500MB until the end of that particular period (in this case a month)? I know that Celcom lets us use until the end of the subscribed period, but not Digi. So I normally cancel the auto-renewal for XPAX almost immediately after subscription so that I won't forget. What's the situation with OneXOX, please? |

Is it only me that *150# doesn't work some times?
I've been using the OneXOX app all this time, and recently wanted to access via *150# but got an error message instead. |

QUOTE(klnaj @ Jul 14 2017, 08:46 AM) Hi all, I am interested to take up xox plan, but before I port my UM no to xox, I would like to try out xox and see how's strong the signal is at my living place. There are actually a few dealers here in these discussions already, like someone's who's been sharing so many valuable information including highlight of the availability of Happy Hour Season Passes all this while. Can anyone pls guide me what to do in order for me to get started using xox. I prefer purchase from dealer instead of getting it online. Many thankss. Just PM one of them, or indicate your preferred location if you want to meet up so the nearest one can help you? This post has been edited by RDoe: Jul 14 2017, 08:57 AM |

Free data shouldn't come with auto-renewal, IMO. This can easily be (mis)taken that OneXOX is hoping to take back the other 10GB from unsuspecting users.
Hope relevant party/s will highlight this to your superiors and look into making such free data package a one-time thingy - without auto-renewal. Cheers! This post has been edited by RDoe: Jul 27 2017, 09:44 PM |

QUOTE(Oppa.OneXOX @ Aug 16 2017, 11:40 PM) Hello there ! Sounds like members HAVE to do the monthly top-up in order to get the free data monthly, so do you actually mean "otherwise" instead of "of course"?The whole eligible period is 60 months total. First year, topup rm30 every month to get 1GB per month. Next four years, topup rm30 every month to get 500MB per month. Total season pass data with rm30 topup per month for 60 months : (1GB x 12 months) + (500MB x 48 months) = 36GB. Of course, it is not necessary for you to topup every month. Only topup when necessary. Thank you. That is, top up every month to get the free data monthly (1GB for first year, followed by 500MB the next four years). Otherwise, it is not necessary to top up every month? |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Oct 19 2017, 10:33 PM) Thanks for the info, OneXOX must have changed the quota deducted. I had these data entrails since last year. I only ever buy 500MB, 1GB and 2GB from Season Pass. It's around the 3rd week of May 2017 that they changed this. I noticed a weird balance in my Season Pass and wrote to them earlier... [attachmentid=9255818] |

I actually won't use the term "carry forward" for data, call minutes, and SMS stored in the Season Pass.
SP works like a wallet and whatever needs to be used has to be drawn out (in this case, user has to do a set data subscription in order to have internet access). Whatever balance in the SP is valid as long as the validity of the SIM card account. "Carry forward" makes some people automatically think of an expiry date, as it's normally used when saying that something will be carried forward to a new term... Perhaps the term "balance" is a better word, to avoid contributing to the confusion. Just a thought. |

QUOTE(calson @ Dec 13 2017, 01:28 AM) Just port over to XOX for 28month validity. How do I buy Data? I remember there is one package where I can buy 5GB which can be use till data finished (no expiry date). Anyone can advise? QUOTE(SzeMeng76 @ Dec 13 2017, 07:39 AM) Season pass. But at first u need to subscribe data plan 1st to activate ur data. U can subscribe the cheapest one 500mb per month. In other words, buy a Season Pass package first, and when you want to use the data, you subscribe to a data pack. Going by calculation, 500MB is the minimum thus cheapest you can use.And Season Pass is not "no expiry date". Rather, it's valid as long as your OneXOX card/account. |

QUOTE(UN1T3D @ Dec 30 2017, 09:08 AM) ... Must say I like the way you put it. I tried to use the "money in your wallet" way and still get confused faces looking on.Easy to understand wan .... you buy rice and keep in rice box ... still kenot eat ... when wan to eat then take some rice out and cook to eat ... if kenot finish next day and becomes bad then must throw away lar ... SP = season pass = bulk rice keep in rice box = can keep long time data plan = some rice cooked to eat = eat before go bad Having rice rotting looks like a better way to put it. |
