I remember later part of last year someone asked about MNP out and then in again to get the 28-month validity, and the answer was "No".

AFAIK, roaming SMS is chargeable. Is there any other way to do it like via the app or browser?

Am wondering why you'd need to do that as well.

As some have tried to explain repeatedly, there are people with different needs and expectations other than the 28-month validity, thus their decision to port back to OneXOX.

Let's just accept the fact that people are all different one way or other, so whether there's a point depends pretty much on individuals.

It's not difficult to see here that some are looking for loopholes in the system of all the telcos, so maybe just move on if you don't see any particular features that attracts you. Who knows, you may decide to port back one day if you see something new and attractive.

I tried to draw data from my Season Pass the other day by sending DATA M500MB to 23388 and also 22111 but was unsuccessful, until I figured out how to do it from the app.

If I want to do it via SMS, should I have done 1XM500 instead, or what should be the correct code to draw 500MB for 1 month usage from the Season Pass? And is there a difference whether OneXOX users send such a request to 23388 or 22111? Or do we just happen to have a choice of either one?

I understand that those of us who draw from our Season Pass will not be subjected to auto-renewal.

With your OneXOX line valid for 28 months, any voice and/or data Season Pass package you buy will be valid for just as long.

On top of that, any top-up you make during these 28 months will extend the validity further, every RM1 for 1 day, as it's stackable.

Yes, no matter how many Season Passes we buy, the total will be valid as long as the line if it's not used. However, do note that some Happy Hour Season Passes are limited to maximum of one or two purchases per line on that one day.

May be another way to look at it > if you've RM0 in your DA, at least you're getting cheaper call rates from the Season Pass? Also, the call minutes in the Season Pass, can act as a fallback when there's zero-credit balance in the account...?

Seriously, things can be very straightforward if you don't bother about those promotions that you find too difficult to understand. Like easiest way out is just get a Happy Hour Season Pass and draw out whatever you need when you need, and repeat.

BUT, if you want to draw the best out of your OneXOX card, just spend a little more time and effort to read in detail and understand what you've to do, etc. Am sure some users here will help you understand.

Anything in your Season Pass can be KEPT (you can KEEP it there) until your number expires (as long as your line is not expired).

Example you bought 10GB data at RM50 (FAT10 Happy Hour Season Pass), you can keep this 10GB for over 28 months if you do not use it at all. In order to use the data, you have to choose one of the mobile internet package (example: 500MB for 1 month) then this 500MB will be taken out of your Season Pass, making it 9.5GB left inside. This 500MB you can use for 1 month.

Notice the difference between Can Keep and Can Use!

AND, whatever's in your Season Pass can also be shared to other OneXOX users.

Anyone with an active OneXOX SIM card can subscribe to a Season Pass.

What were you trying to do? Subscribe to the FAT10 Season Pass? If so, you can SMS SP FAT10 to 23388, as advised in an earlier post.

However, please note that the offer is over by now as it's only valid until 11.59pm last night. You'll have to wait for the next FAT10 offer.
