That is really legend for the celcom UOX.
Previously I also use that UOX plan, but end up switch to onexox due to the shit celcom keep deduct credit balance and receive numerous of content sms (which I never subscribe)..

Port in to onexox, straight away silent at sms. No more leakage or sudden deductions of credit balance.

I believe that not everybody like to receive those spamming sms. But if you receive spamming sms and suddenly your credit balance gone, how you feel?

For me if want to keep spamming sms with NO COST, just click OPTIONS > Delete > YES.. That's all.. laugh.gif
Rather than receive sms "Thank you for subscribe RM3/week for download wallpaper or shit thing" confusing BILA I subscribe this silly sms.. ranting.gif

So I receive the sms request to port out, reply YES or NO.

I reply "YES" already. So did the XOX will reply something to me?

Call last week.
The customer service sound like blur blur..
Need to send technical teams for further investigate.

Well, sending SMS reply YES charge me RM0.50 to request port out.
That's sound like I reply to scam SMS to request "STOP ALL"..

Useless one lah..
Onexox company found dealer A have involved selling 3rd party. Then banned them cannot do the business anymore.
Then dealer A create dealer B (with different company name) selling onexox company and again selling 3rd party services.

In simple word, if really banned dealer cannot do the business. Then I guess onexox need open lot of the service center in nationwide. Else, business closed shop because no more dealer.

The situation keep recycle and recycle NEVER the end..

Their network also seems like issue also.

My dad receive a call from his friend. Once answer the call, the another person no voice or voice blur blur there.. End up end call.
Then dad call back to his friend, everything is OK already.

It's almost always like that.
At the end, complain to me the network suck.. mad.gif
Everytime my dad call back to them. Then the credit balance easily finish because of everytime call back to them. bangwall.gif

I tried to figure out the issued, seems like my phone did not do anything setting (Or setting lari)..
Did guy experienced of that?

This sometimes caused by opposite network which call in and sometimes caused by handphone.

I call my dad number no issued coz I'm using maxis and umobile network.
Basically his friend's number is using celcom network.
I don't have celcom number to test, so can't be proof anything to complain at xox.

So don't know is his friend's celcom got issued or something else.. Haizz.. doh.gif

Previously got communicate to dealer, then they say need call careline about it.
Then I call careline, say no issued of their network.. Crap nothing to say.. Perhaps cheap rate and cheap quality network..

I also test my dad's phone, and then follow up any complain from him or not regarding the previous voice call issued.

His friend call to my dad hp number, then cannot heard his friend voice.. "Silent and no noise".
Then my dad only keep saying "Hello~ Hello~ Hello~"... It is not only 1 of his friend, is almost his friend using celcom kena like "silent with no voice"..

No choice end call, and then my dad call his friend. Then no problem can heard the voice from his friend.

It is not regarding for data issued..

Confirm Full 5 bar or 4 bar... But weird I check same area.. My daddy is 3G network, while I take my friend (not my dad friend ya) using xox is 4G network.
Perhaps I predict because my friend who use xox data, then 4G LTE signal... But my dad phone max is 3G network. (maybe he did not subscribe any data plan)

I have tried to set the network Automatic by LTE/WCDMA/GSM, and yet max is 3G for my daddy phone. (But that one is not the main thing..)
I have even switch to other network, same thing is 3G network..

By the way, I help my dad switch to xox on this year June... So don't say my simcard is old legend 3G SIM. unsure.gif

Got complain to XOX customer service previously, then they say "maybe" simcard issued. Again, "Maybe" lah... Ask me to change, but then need charge RM10.. shakehead.gif
I feel that is not my fault, why wanna to charge me SIMCard.. Unless I make it lost the simcard or damage my simcard by my own.. Then I'm willing to pay for it.

I can't do anything, because the number holding is under my dad's name..

Nope, I got try swap his simcard to my device from his device, same 3G network...
But haven't try for the voice call yet since my device is linked everything with wallet apps and so on..

So only testing the network either 3G or 4G to ensure the signal OK..
My dad's phone is I buy to him. Previously using celcom network (Not xox one) nothing issued for voice call. But due to keep charges of Spam SMS (everytimes kena RM2 ~ RM5 per day), almost complain every 2 month for spam sms to mcmc until I guess mcmc know this fellow already.
To make my life don't be so stress been complain from my daddy duit telan, I help him to change telco (which is XOX).

The honor device is confirm not China version network, is under warranty by huawei malaysia.
It's honor view 10...

I won't believe it is my phone issued. And last week I realize his hp did not restart the device since 543 hours already (Last checking)..
So I help him to restart the device, at the same time refresh the network.. See still have any issued or not..

Ya, Malaysia technical and customer support is "just for display" + "copy and paste standard procedure"..
That's why their brain tak boleh pusing, end up need customers DIY troubleshoot.

Will contact them if still have issued. If still the same answer restart the device or ask me do repeated job, perhaps just report "a yellow with penalty card" (mcmc) to them..

He's onexox plan..
