Confirm Full 5 bar or 4 bar... But weird I check same area.. My daddy is 3G network, while I take my friend (not my dad friend ya) using xox is 4G network.
Perhaps I predict because my friend who use xox data, then 4G LTE signal... But my dad phone max is 3G network. (maybe he did not subscribe any data plan)
I have tried to set the network Automatic by LTE/WCDMA/GSM, and yet max is 3G for my daddy phone. (But that one is not the main thing..)
I have even switch to other network, same thing is 3G network..
By the way, I help my dad switch to xox on this year June... So don't say my simcard is old legend 3G SIM.
Got complain to XOX customer service previously, then they say "maybe" simcard issued. Again, "Maybe" lah... Ask me to change, but then need charge RM10..
I feel that is not my fault, why wanna to charge me SIMCard.. Unless I make it lost the simcard or damage my simcard by my own.. Then I'm willing to pay for it.
I can't do anything, because the number holding is under my dad's name..
