In simple (For MNP), I pay RM10 and get RM5 credit balance (automatic get 28 months account active). Am I right?

No, please don't.
I prefer the original 3-in-1 simcard already cut by laser-cutting machine. That is "prefectly" well nice cutting sim.

If use manually cut to nano size, you might b difficulty issued unable to slot bck to micro or mini sim.

Just to double confirm.

If my plan currently in oneXOX plan, no problem can migrate to ONEMusic plan, right?
What about the credit validity? Is it still the same with 28 months validity?

Planning want to mnp to oneXOX plan, and then migrate to OneMusic plan.
Any advice for it? Any cooling period once mnp to onexox plan before migrate to Onemusic plan?

Nothing much information for the FAQ..

"For MNP subscriber, once you have successfully port in to XOX, we will need another three days to intergrade with ONEMUSIC benefits system."

Unfortunately, I can't see can mnp online to this plan. But only oneXOX plan.
Some-more, it does not explain much detail if request to migrate the plan from oneXOX plan to universal music.

Yes, I know oneXOX is not so "good" provide those social data plan such as music stream, video stream and Facebook so on.
But it's seems like a bit semi-copy from "DiGi Prepaid MTV Powerpack" plan (which is around 2005 history back take that plan during school life)..

Anyway, I less use data on XOX, because it's quite expensive. Just want to park in to enjoy not need keep top up every 1 month.

Last time I also same experience for this.
After check, they admit that is DiGi MNP system error. Request you to resubmit again.

It's really wasting time and make your time to keep less and less active day (based on your account).


Another thing is, I try to inquiry regarding to switch from OneXOX to OneXOX Music plan. But been rejected from XOX teams, mentioned that OneMusic plan cannot migrate from oneXOX plan.

Can I argue for this since faq XOX from website unclear explanations?

Example like after port out from xox at least a year, then port back again to xox still get for the validity.

Call and report to celcom and request refund. But celcom rejected refund and mentioned it is legit transactions.

Is it those mnvo telco who ride on tower by celcom easily get the conned sms? hmm.gif

That's the problem of big loop blackhole of this that telco can let other 3rd party to deduct the balance credit.
However I guess no telco want to invest like this system (with double verification again with verification).. Wasting money..

For data, I use my digi ambassador broadband already.
So this number going to port out from celcom is helping my family who are very less usage.. Basically for incoming call and sms.. As well as very very very minor of data to view the home cctv..

Same one like redONE (a virtual network service provider). Previously quite good of handle customer service, now getting worst and worst no customer service. Using existing redONE customer call customer service need pay per use charge. shakehead.gif

Everything using Live Chat or Whatapps by redONE. doh.gif
I can't imagine if data got issued, don't know how you whatapps or Live chat to customer service, perhaps need back home using fiber network to get assist.
