Ppl are in T1 and t4....tgm is in T2....

Like tgm in klia2, the T2 tgm is a public access restaurant....not lounge....but the set meal is very good.... including sushi....

If I want a rest and shower, i use the T1 ppl....if just short transit and a good meal, is use tgm.... ambank vi/wmc can enter....

Have not used the t4 blossoms ppl yet....

Yes, there is only TGM in T2, which is under PPL.
There is no PPL lounge in T2.
TGM is like a restaurant, where public can go in and order (paid) for food.
With AMB/CIMB VI, you can redeem for FREE food in TGM.
Proceed to counter with your card, there is a list of set meal to choose from.

My dad is using CIMB Preferred VI, and we just went in PPL without "voucher", both local and overseas.
Just like normal CC, swipe at reception desk.
I am not sure if he is getting any voucher in the first place.

Do note that normal CIMB VI - 8x PPL access + 100k spending/yr (the list only shows local + Sg)
For CIMB Preferred VI - 6x PPL access (private wealth) or 4x access (Preferred) + unlimited in Sg, Indo, Thai, Camb.
However, from the PPL list, it shows only local + Sg.

There are not many banks that allow supplementary cardholders to have independent access to lounges....

Ambank and rhb stands out.....

The Citibank website is silent on this....in fact the prestige card comes with priority pass only for the principal card...

Maybe the front page can be updated with this information...supps with access....

Of course Prestige is much higher than Reward.

Prestige card comes with Priority Pass, unlimited access.
Priority Pass only give to Principal card holder.
Hence Supp card is unable to access.

VS (aka PremierMiles) is given unlimited access to local PPL (only).
Although there is no directly mention Supp card can access to PPL, but it does stated all cardmembers (which should include Supp card).
Also for their general T&C, it is stated "Card" includes Supp Card.
Hence, Citibank PremierMiles Supp card is eligible to enter PPL.
Unfortunately not the case for Prestige card mentioned above.

I don't deny Citibank CC is pretty useless compare to other CC in term of lounge access.
Besides, I think there is no designated card for Citigold (priority) customers.
Some Citigold still remain using their 20 years GOLD card 

Hence you can't complain too much in term of Prestige vs VS
Prestige comes with AF RM1k!
Not sure Citigold will offer auto-waiver...

Yes I have been to Changi T2 TGM a couple of times too and I have to say their food is comparable to the Japanese food in the mall. Quite good
